Northumberland Wedding Photography – Linny & Dom

A December wedding

This lovely December wedding day started with the bride getting ready at her parents home. The house was super busy with lots of family and bridesmaids getting read. A family friends sorting flowers and lots of lovely excitement and buzz about the day. The thing that was really extra special about this day was that it was such a home made celebration.

The family run a cafe that had been turned into an amazing wedding venue for this special occasion. The bride had arrange almost everything herself – with a little help from her wonderful family of corse.

This friend and family input really made the atmosphere of there day super special. As a December wedding in the run of to Christmas this was just perfect.

Bridal prep

The Bride and Bridesmaids had their hair done in the morning by Hollie Clarke ( Hair by Holz) All the wedding flowers were done by a family friends including the button holes, flower girls ringlets and bouquets. I loved how friend and family were popping in to say hi to the bride ….Bride Linny had chosen an amazing wedding dress by Jesus Peiro . Bridesmaids outfits were from Dorothy Perkins

Church wedding

he wedding ceremony took place at St Paul’s Catholic Church. The brides uncle drove the bride and bridesmaids to church in his Bentley. The church was filled with 250 guests to watch this couple tie the knot!

After the wedding ceremony guests made their way to Carnabys for the reception

Carnabys is the family business. The bride her mum and aunty all work work there along with other family members providing all kinds of great things.

Fred Robertson from Eleanors Byre helped with the inspiration and room dressing.

The wedding Cake- was made by the mother of the bride but The Master Cakesmith decorated it

Linny had a surprise planned for Dom at the wedding reception, Just as the speeches started a waiter broke into song .. some of you may have experienced this before – incredible entertainment from the Singing waiters !

This was possibly the most fun wedding meal I have ever seen….after party music by Hip Operations
