Jim & Nic had told me in advance that their wedding was going to b a chilled out day. As parents to a small person they just wanted to have a fun filled day with there loved ones.
Lovely Bride Nic got ready at Hotel Du Vin in Harrogate. The wedding ceremony was at All Saints’ Church, in the village of Kirk Deighton near Wetherby. This is the village the the groom grew up. So it holds a lot of wonderful memories.
The reception was held at the grooms family home nearby. A stunning old farm with outbuildings – just perfect to be able to have a wedding reception at home !

My style
The majority of what we capture will be candid moments you’ll cherish forever, but we think its important to have some stylish portraiture too; we will take you aside for a few minutes and create some portraits of the two of you together, but it will be relaxed, spontaneous and quick so you can get back to your guests and enjoy your day. If requested, we can shoot some groups of special people in your life, as often parents & grandparents really like to have these.
Many people these days claim to shoot in a “documentary” or “photojournalist” style, but if thats the kind of photography you want then make sure you book someone who has the genuine experience necessary to produce beautiful imagery whatever the situation.
