Coronavirus & 2020 Wedding Season- North Yorkshire Wedding Photography

Here is a quick Blog as we can’t ignore what is happening, and I know coronavirus is a worrying topic for a lot of people in many different industries.

Firstly, it’s important to confirm that I plan to attend every wedding booked in my diary – nothing about my coverage will change. I won’t wear a Hazmat suit and I will be as excited as ever to be there.

Your wedding means a lot to me too, not just because I love my job –

I’m excited to shoot every wedding that I’m asked to cover – but it’s also how I make a living.

I’m going to be there every step of the way. We’re in this together.

I also want you to know that I am taking serious precautions to ensure I do not catch Covid-19. As I am self-employed, I cannot afford to.

If I was to get poorly, I will not arrive on your day to infect your guests. I will treat this just like any other illness as outlined in our contact.  I will find someone to cover for me – as a community we must all support each other through this and all wedding suppliers are in the same boat.

I would highly recommend making sure you have wedding insurance. See my blog post about this:

Please let me know as soon as possible should you wish to postpone your wedding.

If you are not sure what to do, then please chat to me, your venue and other suppliers.

Ideally you will be able to secure a new date with all the suppliers should you want to re schedule

Overall please try not to panic. These are unusual, unforeseen circumstances, but we will get through it – your wedding will happen, you will have a wonderful day.

Love makes the world go round.

Please do keep in contact and let me know if I can help any way I can!
