Bolton Abbey Engagement Photography. As I was in my winter coat today walking in sideways sleet it seemed like a totally different month to the start of the week when I met up with Harriet and Dan at Bolton Abbey. 

Harriet and Dan recently booked me to be their wedding photographer for their wedding at the amazing Kelmarsh Hall.

We met up on a sunny day in one of the best Yorkshire spots. I always think that Yorkshire can pull off any weather, the backdrop around Bolton Abbey are amazing, the dramatic skies are beautiful whatever … however we were so happy that for this shoot we had blue skies and it was even nice and warm in the sun !

Engagement Photography

Meeting up for an engagement shoot is a great way to get use to being in front of the camera. It is lovely to have chance to chat and take some photos before the big day. Obviously on your wedding day there will be lots happening so you will hardly notice me! An engagement shoot is about capturing some nice relaxed portraits of the two of you together … plus any pets you want to bring along 🙂

As you can see from these images its not a formal style portrait shoot. My style is really relaxed and that even applies to the portraits I want you to enjoy being photographed! I want you to look and feel like you.

Harriet an Dan were great fun to photograph with their beautiful little doggie too!
