An Eco Friendly wedding at Yorkshire Wedding Barn, North Yorkshire. Every wedding is special and we are so lucky in Yorkshire to have so man fabulous wedding venues. For me this was the first wedding that I have photographed at The Yorkshire Wedding Barn.

The Ceremony: Surrounded by Natural Beauty

For couples who love the great outdoors like Elisa & Kiran Yorkshire Wedding Barn offers the perfect setting for a ceremony. You can exchange vows against the backdrop of the barn’s lush gardens. The rolling Yorkshire hills providing a breathtaking and natural setting. The venue offers a variety of options depending on the season and your preferences.

If the weather doesn’t cooperate, the barn’s indoor space provides a beautiful alternative. With exposed beams, elegant chandeliers, and a stylish, neutral palette, the indoor ceremony space feels warm, inviting, and effortlessly romantic.

It was a close call on if we would in inside or outside for this wedding. It was super windy but the bride was determined to get married under the blue sky !

The Reception: A Stylish, Relaxed Atmosphere

Once the vows have been exchanged, the Yorkshire Wedding Barn transforms into a spectacular reception venue. One of the most captivating features of the barn is the long wooden banquet tables that can be arranged to create a communal, relaxed atmosphere. With the mix of cultures and Kiran was keen to bring some traditional Keralan touches to the day.

This couple were really focused on having a sustainable wedding, they had the most amazing suppliers who all take incredible time and care over their crafts and work in a sustainable way to make it perfect.

From organic lace for the dress to a lab grown diamond in the wedding ring, it was all considered.
