Priory Barn Wedding Venue

Situated on a private secluded farming estate of Syningthwaite in North Yorkshire. Situated near Wetherby which is central in the golden triangle – Leeds, York and Harrogate.

The farm is mainly arable growing wheat, potatoes and oil seed rape, but there are also a few sheep which can sometime be seen grazing in the fields. You can see the harvesting of the oil seed rape at the end of July, the wheat in August and the potatoes in October/November. The cottages are near to the working farm and there is activity as such during these periods, but we are sure that you will find the farming programme both interesting and fascinating to watch.

The venue itself is made up of The Barn, The Marquee and 7 beautifully decorated cottages all centered around our private tranquil courtyard.

The cottages are available all year round for individual cottage stays or to hire exclusively with the barn for any event whether it be a wedding a 21st birthday party or a corporate away day. The cottages are made up of a mixture of 3,2 and 1 bedrooms which surround the tranquil courtyard. The stylish and spacious accommodation at Priory Cottages in North Yorkshire have been individually designed and decorated with a different eclectic theme to each stunning cottage, ensuring no stay is the same. Whether its business or pleasure, Priory Cottages can cater for every need you and your party have.

We also know how important it is for you to be able to bring your pets along with you when you go away, so we are happy to tell you we are a pet friendly venue!
