North Yorkshire Wedding Photography -Crathorne Hall Hotel

Mel & Adams wedding day was set on a stunning family farm near Yarm, North Yorkshire. The Bridal preparations began at Crathorne Hall Hotel, while the grooms party were on site at the farm preparing for the wedding on the most windy day of the year ( actually the most windy wedding I have ever shot- it was WILD)

The Humanist ceremony took place in an open barn, followed by drinks in the courtyard and Wedding breakfast in a Tipi from Big Chief Tipis

Both the Bride & Groom being Art graduates they had a big input on the day & the decorations were amazing. Wit lots of the guests saying on site “Glamping” the day had a wonderful festival feel to it.

Mel’s dad picked  her up from the hotel in his car decorated in white flowers, The Bride wore a stunning modern gown that she had altered herself to make it totally what she wanted, her flowers were from Manor Garden Flowers The brides wedding bouquets was a lovely green rustic mix fitting with the venue perfectly. The Bridesmaids and Brides man wore a mix of Blue and Grey teamed with individual touches to make a lovely and very stylish wedding party.

The Cake was spectacular and had been made by the Father of the bride ! It was a huge Mojito !

In true Yorkshire style the day consisted of lots of extreme weather – from glorious sunshine to black style and torrential rain storms, the wind was wild and this all made for a fantastic and atmospheric Tipi party ! Catering by Stefano Calcioni and my favourite father of the brides speech of the year ( yep he sang his speech as  a rap!)
