This beautiful summer wedding was the first we have shot at the stunning Newton Hall. The most incredible day and a fantastic location.

“Bethany and Matthew took our wedding photos in August at Newton Hall, Northumberland and we were blown away by how amazing they were! Having known Bethany for a few years and having seen the fabulous shots she did for a friend’s wedding, I didn’t have to think too hard before contacting her. We decided to have both Bethany and Matthew capture our day and it was the best decision. They are both brilliant photographers, very discreet and super professional. They blended in well with friends and family so no one was too worried about having their photo taken, they took amazing natural shots and some superb ones of us both at the beach. We decided to have an engagement shoot and this too was incredible, couldn’t believe how quick Beth was and how amazing the pics turned out to be.

Newton Hall Wedding Venue

Set on the Northumberland coast Newton Hall is an idillic setting for a summer wedding ! Newton Beach is hidden amoungested the sand dunes provides amazing sunsets. Golden hour portraits on the beach is always a winner.

Jo & Greg’s wedding day

It is always really nice to photograph a wedding for a familiar face. I have known Jo for years. She works at Metlife and I have been shooting events and corporate stuff for them for over 8 years now. 

The morning was spent with the girls getting ready in a lovely room at Newton Hall, Jo looked amazing with special thanks to Hair & Make up by Lisa Jones Hair and Make up , flowers by Lavenders Blue Flowers

 Jo’s wedding dress was perfect on her -she looked incredible – he dress was  by Diana Le Grand and purchased from Paverly Bridal Wimbledon 

The Bride teamed her lovely  wedding dress with shoes from Rainbow wedding shoes.

The grooms  Suit -was from Bespoke Moss Bros

 The Wedding Ceremony

The wedding ceremony took place in the Glass house area, of Newton Hall. The space is amazing for a wedding and was decorated with some beautiful Lights and signage by Coco Luminaire that really made the venue so personalised and unique. 

After the wedding ceremony everyone had some cocktails in the garden. Live music by the lovely David stoker.

The gardens are beautiful for a summer wedding l. The Northumberland coast provides some perfect back drops for wedding portraits. 

After dinner we had a quick sneak down to the beach with the Bride and Groom for some sunset portraits, we don’t often take the Bride & Groom away from the venue but this was so close and far too beautiful not to do !
