Middletons Hotel & St Olave’s Church York Wedding Photographer

Andrew & Claire were married at the beautiful St Olave’s Church, just on the edge of the museum gardens. After a walk ( With their dogs) and some photos in the Museum Gardens we headed to the reception at Middletons Hotel 

The morning started with the bride and bridesmaids getting ready at the Middletons hotel. The brides sparkly trainers matched the sparkly bridesmaids dresses- how cool is that! The flowers were a lovely traditional mix of cream and pink roses.

The Bride and father of the bride traveld to the ceremony at St Olave’s Church in a cream vintage Bentley wedding car. Claire face as she walked down the aisle to see her handsome groom was perfect – her smile says it all…. The wedding ceremony was a traditional Church wedding and the guests threw confetti outside the church before the Bride and Groom took their dogs for a walk in the park!

The wedding reception was at the lovely Middletons Hotel. A lovely relaxed drinks reception and some family photos in the gardens followed by a wedding breakfast in the conservatory. The best mans speech had people leaching harder than I thin I have ever seen people laugh before !

Planning an autumn wedding Claire and Andrew had not expected the weather to be quite as hot as it was! It was a boiling hot summer night and people opened to sit outside with cold drinks rather than hot the dance floor!
