Relaxed Harrogate Wedding Photography for Ella & Adam.  Ella told me  it was going to be a relaxed garden party typed event! With a strong bike theme! Sounds amazing !

At the time the tour de France was passing near Harrogate. So everyone was feeling a bit bike crazy. Everywhere was covered in yellow bunting and bikes! Ella & Adam are also very keep cyclists. Having a bike theme fitted their personalities perfectly.

A Garden wedding in Harrogate

Ella & Adam got married on a beautiful English summers day. The ceremony and the reception were both held in the garden at Ella’s family home.

The evening meal was in a Marquee in the garden. Everywhere you looked there was Yellow bikes and bunting…. It felt like Yorkshire was celebrating this wedding too! 

The weather could not have been more perfect. Its not everyday you can hold a garden party in Yorkshire. 

Ella got ready in her parents house. The wedding dress a beautiful blush tone. The mother of the Bride also in Pink. The flowers and details all Yellow to support the Tour de France theme.

Getting  married at the home you grew up in seems so very special! Two beautiful flower girls had traveled all the way across form down under to be party of this special day.

The Wedding Ceremony

The wedding ceremony was a humanist celebration taken by the amazing Hannah at Your Three Days. It was really personal to the couple. Ella walked down the isle with her proud dad. Guests seated on the lawn listening to music played by one of Ellas bridesmaid- the perfect wedding setting. I love a garden wedding so if you family member has a garden large enough for a marquee or tipi it is defiantly worth looking into ! Ella’s family home has an awesome garden and there was a marquee and sit down dinner.
