It was lovely to be back at Roadcoats farmhouse after covering the wedding of Sarah and Marc in autumn 2017 – they had their wedding in the actual farmhouse & garden. Since then redcoats farmhouse had restored an incredible barn – the perfect wedding venue!

The New barn, well when I say new I mean newly converted into a luxury wedding venue- is amazing. The Farmhouse at Redcoats, situated in the hamlet of Redcoats Green, Hertfordshire. It dates back to the 15th century and boasts 4 acres with stunning views. Its only a short journey from London too so really is an ideal setting.
Ben and Heidi’s wedding started with Head getting ready at her parents home. The bridesmaids had hair and make up done and Heidi get into her wedding dress in her childhood bedroom, a lovely moment.
Over at the Barn at Redcoats guests enjoyed a drink in the garden as they arrived at the super location.
The Barn at Redcoats has everything you need for a lovely wedding day.
Ben & Heidi wedding ceremony was held outside. Once the couple were official married they walked down the isle to a sea of confetti. They then enjoyed Alfresco canapés and drinks before we took a little walk around some of the grounds before dinner was served in the barn.
After the wedding breakfast and speeches the dance floor was open.
What an incredible day and such a pleasure to be party of. its especially lovely to be asked to shoot the weddings of other photographers !

The wedding cake was amazing and by Miss Mollys Cakes & Sweet Treats
After cake cutting everyone headed to the dance floor with was lit up with letters from Light Up Love
